Thats where I adjusted mine. The FSM has a great picture of the area down there to adjust. There is a lot of plastic within our column. be careful when adjusting as the piece within the top portion, turn signal/high beam lever, is real weak, and CHEAP plastic.
Wish we could have the foot pedal high beam switch.
