I just looked up the 9-1145 and it is a double roller, would probably require the same clearancing as the 9-3145. I converted my 94 to the Gen II opti using a 95 timing cover and a Cloyes 9-3145. It required very little clearancing. If you do go this route make sure you use the timing cover gasket with the timing cover when checking for clearance.
