I looked through the electrical section of my FSM and there isn't a VSS troubleshooting test anywhere in it, is there any way you could get me a digital copy of those pages?
Also, where exactly is the IP, is it behind the LCDs?

As I mentioned, the 89 FSM will vary slightly from the 84. I will snap a photo later but it might be a day or two.
As Andy indicated, the IP is the entire "dash" section that has all the displays, it comes out as one unit.
