Exactly, they make a needle attachment for your grease gun.. I think they started using these on some applications where the particular u-joint may have a clearance issue with a regular zerk fitting, especially where you may not have enough room when installed to get the regular grease gun fitting in there.. the needle style tip can fit in the tighter spot.. ect..
