I adjusted the fuel levels down across the board to compensate for the injectors. After I did this it fired up without pressing on the gas and idled smooth. The tune is still a bit rich, but I didn't have to turn on the fan to air out the garage this time.

My belt did jump one groove from the charger to the harmonic balancer. I'm going to put a shim on the outer connecting bolt to angle the pulley in.
