I dropped off the line to have it changed. They are also going to keep the valve on it. The dryer does have one, but with its new location will be a pain to get to.

The call to Procharger was interesting. I found out the recommended size is a 3.6" pulley to get 8psi. When I told him the current size the response was. That will only give you 2psi, or 50hp thats a lot of money for that horsepower. I am going to start with the 3.6" since the balancer is an oversize at 7.53".
