While browsing the Swaps at the Famosa drags today I found one of these filter and asked the guy what type of wrench was used to take the filter loose.He showed me the wrench in the picture. He sent me up to one of the parts venders and they sold me this for $6

It is ajustable not like the one Harbor freight has.It has teeth on it that fit the pattern on the end of the filter. Will try it next time I change my filter.
