Subject: Re: Side View Mirror Fix 94 Coupe by CorvetteArchives on 2012/3/2 2:35:42 Reminded me of what a service tech who worked at Chevy in the mid 80's told me 20 years ago. Customers with new Vettes would come in under warranty with the mirror glass wobbling. They would just stick a piece of cardboard behind it to stabilise it. By the time the cardboard rotted the car wasn't under warranty anymore and then they'd charge them to fix it right! :-O |
