A quick update...

Got much assembled today. Using high-tack, I set the gaskets for the waterpump and timing cover. This will give them a chance to set up and be stable when its time to install.

Replaced the seals on the timing cover.

Installed the valve covers and intake manifold.

The interesting thing... I used The Right Stuff when I did the intake on my 92. I Am reusing the 92 intake (EGR complications), and when I removed the sealer, it came off soft and rubbery. I installed that over 3 years ago. There were no signs of oil leaks, either.
