Throttle Postition question

Subject: Throttle Postition question
by Horsepower844182 on 2008/1/12 5:21:34

So I hooked up Datamasters to the Vette last night and used one of the free tunes and it gave a whole bunch of data (does anyone know if you have to purchase the program to be able to record data? I couldn't seem to get it to log any data)

Anyway, one thing I noticed was that when I floored the pedal, it was only showing up as 72-75% throttle and that if I basically stood on it, I could get it to go to 82%ish. So am I not really going WOT and just need to make an adjustment somewhere or would the people who built my car have done that for a reason? (Cammed, stroked, lots of other stuff, ect) Like getting too much fuel for the tune or something?
