These come to mind in no particular order: gauge sensor wiring (loose, blocked, or disco) pickup tube (low) oil level clogged oil return holes in head(s) Oil filter in bypass mode worn pump
Does the pressure fluctuate only while at speed? If not, put a mechanical gauge on it and see what the pressure really is.
