Subject: Re: Rear Hub/Stub Shaft Nut Loosening by jmartynuska on 2013/9/22 7:06:26 MIBearings with 370 miles. I cleaned the stub splines with a wire brush and brake cleaner. Sprayed a little WD-40 on the shaft when I installed the bearings. Torqued the nut while the car was in the air - stuck a punch through the brake caliper into the vented rotor to keep it from spinning. |
