The water will not be allowed to expand and therefore boil until much higher...240 - 260 maybe? System dependant. I run water only in all the vettes with some pump lube and water wetter. Until winter, when I throw in coolant to keep the blocks from cracking overnight... i have no idea if the long term effects are good or bad, i seem to change radiators and rebuild blocks way too frequently to see them. |
