What is your point? ARP thread sealant has PTFE (teflon), which is known for being slippery and it remains non-hardened after installation....RTV makes stuff stick and hardens. You are not comparing similar substances. ARP sealant is similar to putting on teflon tape and it certainly changes torque values vs RTV.
