Don't you have that Shark Bite thing in the rear?

This whole quest started because I began researching putting a late C3 aluminum diff in my '77, to replace the iron unit. The 40lb difference is quite attractive. Still figuring out if the diff will work without major mods, but even still, I would have to use late C3 half shafts and axle flanges to make the rear end work...which ironically uses 1330 yokes. I wouldn't have wanted to use an adapter joint, so I looked into late C3 half shafts, and then I naturally thought...if I don't end up putting in the aluminum diff, I will at least get a set of C4 half shafts, have them sized to match my car, and shave off a few lbs that way at least.

I do in fact have shark Bite, and LOVE it.
