Sorry for the delay, our business has kept my nose to the grindstone it seems. So here’s where I’m at on this. I’ve sent the company I'm working with, Accurate Gasket, the gasket files created by Elke and have arranged to go by the shop on Friday of this week to deliver the lid gasket which Rosie will use to create the file needed to cut this gasket with the others. I’ll be taking my SR lid along for her to look at for any question they might have. So, all things being equal, it looks like we could have product as early as next week depending on how long it takes to create the lid gasket. I’ll post an update on Friday after I’ve met with the shop and given them my full gasket set as the master set. I’m not planning on having the throttle body gasket cut unless you think they are necessary also. Just as any FYI, Accurate Gasket has been cutting regular and custom gaskets for almost 50 years and are well known here. |
