If you can't find an elbow.

Plasti-Dip might work, it's the stuff you dip a tool in to put a rubber coating on the handles. Also known as Rubber Dip.

Corvette restorers sometimes use it to make the rubber coated J clips that hold the wire harness on the firewall.
