If you glue 2 sheets together, they're NOT too likely to curl TOWARDS each other ... DUH.

For anyone who doesn't understand this....Chuck and I have been having some private PMs back and forth since I will be doing this project, as well. I suggested hot gluing the boards together for more strength.
