Funny - I don't even understand my stuff too, till I read it and look at my snappics again!

Anyway, second video is uploadin' now here.

And while waitin' for that, a little more write-up here...

We left off checking dry-fit of the 2 bare layers, glued together, in the glasstop. They'll be slightly smaller than the rubber liner inside the frame, which is fine. Once you wrap one headliner's excess over the 2x layer, it will fill the space, and probably give enough tension to hold it in place. Whether or not you want to have some securing tab / velcro / etc. holding it into place is personal preference. I think it will be fine, even bumpy road or 'spirited driving.

Once they 2x layer board is dry fit, lay a headliner inside the glasstop. Orientation doesn't matter just now. Then, drop in the 2x layer board. You should have to really press it into place. If not, you might be looking at velcro etc.

Remove what you have.

I'm going with a second logo'd headliner facing OUT through the tinted top. There's enough tint that I (and some others who commented), didn't think it would be over the top tacky / busy.

Here's the mock-up again:

I don't know what I was thinkin' there Matt, when I said don't use hot glue. (that the problem - I WASN'T thinkin')

If you glue 2 sheets together, they're NOT too likely to curl TOWARDS each other ... DUH.

I'm still not at that point for the video yet here..........

For anyone who doesn't understand this....Chuck and I have been having some private PMs back and forth since I will be doing this project, as well. I suggested hot gluing the boards together for more strength.
