Really need FSM to be sure there - need to ID the circuit, and find out what's on that line (besides probably fuel pump).

And it sounds like it' a Switched circuit; not a Hot At All Times circuit.
I don't have that ability he does
well my son disabled something a year ago under the dash that allows you to start the engine with out depressing the clutch
