So on the phone with moates customer service today. Great guys, learned a lot today. They actually took control of my computer hooked up to car and went in and looked around a bit. Over the past year we accumulated additional Memcals and I just recently put a remanufactured ecm into it from advance auto. After a bunch of testing between different chips, and memcals, it appears as though the ECM is bad,... again... seems pretty unbelievable but I had the expert look at it and we both agreed. So back to the auto parts store to try yet another ecm. They must love me over there.
