Any good shop that offers full service repairs, or, a specially A/C shop.
I have found that specialty AC shops are pricey...
I do my own work, but with R12, a capture is required.
Then again, I wonder how much R12 is left... if the seal is spewing oil, it's losing coolant. And fast.
Also, the hoses may need an upgrade. Older hoses can't contain the R134 as effectively. I have been told that R134 is able to seep out of R12 hoses.
