There are VATS bypass kits that you can purchase (premade resistor with wire/connector) that you connect in line with the factory wiring in the steering column. This mimics the key pellet resistance. That being said, your issue does not sound VATS related. First thing I would do is clean the ignition cylinder and lubricate with some graphite. See if that helps. What year and transmission do you have? |
