Not at all, just make sure to change the Calpack or commonly known as chip. Take out her chip and put in yours and you're good to go. Manual- and/or Auto. transmissions, they both use the same ECMs. The learning procedure only takes a few miles. By the time you are in closed loop and an additional 5 minutes of driving is about all it takes to gather enough data. It's only finetuning of the air/fuel ratio from thereon, but not of your concern with your problems. |
