Subject: Re: Brake Presssure light by BrianCunningham on 2018/8/26 23:14:14 On the way home the light never came on. I read the FSM, it's a differential sensor. So I have a leak in the system, from the lack of fluid, I'm gathering the o-ring between the two circuits is going. BTW the FSM has full instructions on rebuilding both the master cylinder and the booster, if you can get a rebuild kit. Those 23 year old lines have never undone, they generally break and need to be replaced when they are that old. I just need to figure out how far I want to pick at the scab. I did by 6 piston calipers for the car, but I never put them on since they only fit my racing rims which will now not pass MA inspection do to the width. Which means I'd need a different set of calipers, which need anyways since the old ones are showing their age. |
