I look back on some other LT4 builds... The LT4 hot cam, or something of that vein, was always a good call. Long tube headers, for sure... thinner head gaskets - the Impala head gaskets, good for a half point pop in compression. Maybe some clean up of the heads? Not a lot, because the LT4 head was already pretty good... but some mild port matching and such. Also, get some NGK plugs and good wires... the OEM Delco platinums are junk-o-rama. |
