Left side mirror repair

Subject: Left side mirror repair
by Rodman on 2005/11/19 7:21:21

Nice website! I'm new here and I have a 94 coupe in Black Rose.

A screw apparently came out of the left side mirror inside the bezel and now it shakes badly. I can't figure out how to get the mirror glass off to access the mechanism inside. I took the mirror off of the door thinking there might be a screw underneath that holds the whole mechanism in, but no such luck. Does anyone know how to get it apart? I don't want to break anything.

Thanks for your help.
