A/C Not Cold - 1994 LT1

Subject: A/C Not Cold - 1994 LT1
by wilsonbh on 2008/4/19 9:06:39

I have a 1994 LT1 and live in HOT Florida. My issue is my old 1994 Ford Ranger with 197K miles has a better A/C system than my 1994 Corvette that has 63K miles. My Ford Ranger is icy cold but my Corvette A/C barely functions. I checked the freon and it's full. The compressor kicks in as I can hear it and feel it when I drive but the air coming out of the vent is not cold, it's barely cool.

What should I do first to address this? Any advice is appreciated...
