I just did that by using 1/4 inch strap. On the drivers seat I ran it from side to side and on the pax seat I ran a strap for and aft with another strap 90 degrees. My drivers is electric and the pax is a manual fore and aft only. If you havent bought your seats yet get lever adjust. I got a cheap set of ebay that the seller tried to get in a Porche. They had the knob reclining control and this was the widest part of the seat. Had to cut the knobs in half to get them to fit.
Also be carfull on the positioning of the seat.
