I'm an advocate of 'big injectors' and the right tune, but you cannot idle (reliably) with pulsewidths lower than 1.5 msec. Most 700hp cars make about 50hp at idle, which means at 1.5 msec you're looking at about a 38# injector. A 42 will prolly give a rich idle, or erratic injection. At 700 HP under boost with a BSFC of .6 you need 52# injectors at 100% duty cycle. 52s will never idle, not in a million years so what you'll need to do is get an adjustable regulator so your running around 45psi at idle and around 65psi under boost.
