I haven't really started looking yet, but I have a couple local goons that rebuild them all the time with stock components for cheap. I have thought about asking them to rebuild mine with parts from Petes list. The one guy said he'd do mine for $600 I supply the parts I want. I'm not sure how good he is, except he rebuilds a ton of regular daily driver trannys each and every day. So its not like he doesn't know how they go together. I'm kind of scared to go to him because I don't know anything about him and he doesn't do any racing applications, just daily drivers for the regular Joe off the street that needs a cheap trans rebuild. |
