Subject: 84 owners! Would you trade up to a TPI or stay crossfire? by 85L98-84L83 on 2008/12/11 22:22:05 I own both crossfire and TPI. There is a little difference in performance but not a lot. I had an 84 and had TPI envy, because of the huge TPI aftermarket. So I bought an 85 for $4300 on ebay and now starting to stock pile TPI parts for a build. But I will always keep the crossfire, I like the unique engine even with the lacking on power. I wouldn't trade up for another vette though, and if times get tough I will sell the TPI. And continue to rock the crossfire. |
