I just got it back to running on 8 cylinders. Amazing difference that makes.

The broken #8 wire was not a result of my construction... unless I fractured the outer silicone core... the last 3/4" of the wire had actually broken off!!! Core and all.

The plug end was damaged in removal, but that's because I HATE doing #8 plug... my hands are just too damned fat.

I also rerouted the LTCC harness and put some split loom on the loose wires - the white ETC wire and the pink coil wires - and then routed them all under the inner fender metal shield and under the overflow tank. Finally, I pickled the LTCC box by beading the lid with silicone sealer and replacing the o-rings for the screws. I also sealed the receptical on the case with silicone, so it couldn't seep in. Last thing I did was some di-electric grease on the connector ends. I still need to secure the LTCC brain box, but right now, the headlights won't touch the wiring and the brain box is now in an even cooler location. I intend on getting some thick rubber grommets to secure it to the inner fender floor.
