Subject: Re: 84 auto-manual swap by subtleZ28 on 2009/2/5 18:51:27 My car was an early swap. It actually uses C5 style stands and has triangular chunks welded to the frame to mount to. I'm not super confident in the welding, or placement (I don't even know who did it). I'm considering cutting all that out and finding stock frame mounts and going w speed hound or universal mounts. I want to run the melrose headers. The car currently have what I believe are f-body shorty headers. I already deleted the HVAC stuff, and it clears the firewall otherwise. I feel for guys doing street car C4 LS1 swaps. Deleting the HVAC stuff made things way easier! |
