Hi guys, still been putting in some time on my vette, but also taking care of business otherwise. I'm looking at changing out my heater hoses. The top hose on my '88 has a 5/16" crossover tube running to the intake manifold, just in front of the distributor. Is this necessary? What happens if I eliminate it and just run a regular heater hose to the water pump? Thanks for your help...
