Put the relay between those 2 wires.The other end of the purple wire will be on the plug that went into the trans; extend that to the O/d. Also jumper the pink/blk wire to one of the relay control terminals , run a wire from the other control terminal to your new switch then to ground. Turning the switch on will ground the relay control circuit closing the relay giving power to the O/d solenoid Both your O/d wire and control wires are now on a fuse protected circuit, off when the key is off.
