Subject: Re: Maintenance Project From Hell by bogus on 2009/8/25 0:42:51 Found a bug in the Helm Service Manual. There are three reinforcement bars for the left side for the AC and alternator. These brackets mount to the exhaust manifold. According to the book, the manifold has 2 studs, at bolts 3&4. Well... two brackets come off the AC compressor go to #3 bolt. The other one is nearly vertical and goes to bolt #2! This one connects to the alternator. |
