Based on your experience and the linked web sites, I have no doubt 706962X is the kit that services the D36 clutch pack. With out searching, as vetteoz did, it is hard to know if the part number in the book is the number serviced. Both numbers show in my kit breakdown book. Those will be the correct parts.
