Subject: RE:LT-1 won't start after gasket replacement by Arisa on 2006/5/10 12:27:42 This is going to sound SO stupid but I'm saying it from 100% personal experence. Do you have the coil control plug and the (I think MAP it's something close to the coil) plugs reveresed. I know they are supposed to be different but on Arisa they aren't. I spend three plus weeks beating my head, cussing and buying a lot of parts I didn't need to discover this was the problem. Yes I would get random spark but it would never fire up. I swapped them and poof all was good again. I couldn't decide if I should cry or laugh when it was all done. BTW as a sidenote...I doubt you will find any codes of relevance. Most won't register till the engine RPM's are over 300. Not all but a lot.... |
