If they're tight it won't make a difference. As long as the slop in the hole is still under the bolt head, it'll be fine in the case it does come loose.

FWIW, I had my inner camber rods come loose, so I put locktite on them. Made for a helluva lot of camber in the meantime! I think the stock nuts are those oval type locking nuts.
