Had another thought..
Since the 4" and Tweet are right next to each other, I could ditch the 3 way Passive, run the Tweet and 4" with a 2-way passive on 2 channels of the Arc, then use the other 2 channels for the midbass (EF-6) in the doors.
then install my eD NINe.2 and use that for the EU 700 Woofers I have.. and call it a day. I think that could work. I would need to come up with a Bandpass for the EF-6 though
