Subject: Re: Speaker Install! by bogus on 2010/9/11 5:45:50 Pic 1: After the bondo, it's time for a thin (.25") foam. The idea here is that the foam will mask any (many?) imperfections in the bondo. The foam is also rather dense, so it gives the finished panel that factory feel. You will note that there are two circles... those refer to a pair of screws I used to retain the speaker baffle while doing the construction. Pic 2 is the finished product! I will photo it in the car tomorrow. But it looks SWEET! |
