Subject: Re: 10's in the rear speaker locations? by Matatk on 2010/10/5 13:19:18 I have 6x9s. I seem to recall 8s are the biggest you can fit back there in the stock speaker enclosure. Because of this, more people that want a concealed 10" put it in the passenger side storage compartment firing straight up (fiberglassed custom box). I don't recall off hand what year you vette is. There are differences in the interior 84-89 and 90+. If a 90+, consider some kick pods or mounting the subs in the front of the car, that's what I would do. Matthew |
