Kevin has a nice box built into the passenger side storage compartment with a 10" in it. 2 10s is a lot in a vette. Then again I used to have 2 hard hitting JL 10s in my s10 pointing right at my head...I was 19, though. Grew up a bit since then...

I used 101% of the space available in there but I think the box is still too damn small to get much bass out of it. The sub probably pulls a vacuum on that small air space which means the cone can't move as freely or displace as much air.

There are different types of boxes, some with the subs firing into the box, and venting it... bandpass box, other types. I don't know the details, but worth looking into before you start cutting and measuring. Keep in mind a different type of box may require a different air volume.

2 cu ft doesn't sound like much, but it's a lot of space.
