I had to run one wire for my alarm siren (behind the batt) and didn't want to drill or contort myself looking for a grommet.
I just took an ice pic and pit a small hole in the accordion that houses the door wiring. I had to take a stiff piece and push it thru the hole in the accordion and into the cab (because the hole was small). Then, taped the wire from the siren to the stiff piece and pulled it into the cab. Since the hole in that rubber was small, it sealed around the wire.
Others may do it differently but this worked well for me.
