With the Eclipse I forget the noises I had, but they werer worse with key on then with it turned back in ACC. I need to try it again but will hook up power to the eclipse differently. The Eclipse is a nice unit, but has a hissing (high noise floor) which I have seen mentioned by others. I thought of using the XM3 with the NAK to go active and sell the Eclipse, which I might still do. another thought it going with the MiniDSP to run active as it would set-up all the crossover points. I have some other ideas for the cargo area now that I have 2 amps. I had a chance to get 2 ARC mini's 125x4 but decided to keep the 300.4s (slight more power) but the 125.4 might have been more flexible in mounting locations due to the smaller size |
