Sorry you are having these issues. Is this a Best Buy chimp doing the install, or an experience independent pro?

I will have to check my FSM to confirm the wiring.

Noise from Bose adapters is not uncommon. Confirm the ground; it is fine to use the ground at the harness, but it may not hurt to run a ground wire back to one of the kick panel located grounding studs.

Personally, I don't like the Bose or the adapters. You will have the all new head unit, and the system will still sound the same.
