Much like a computer OS. Well, according to Dr Don's technical support, they can add an IPOD MP3 playing capability but have to sacrifice the Cassette to do so. Dr Don said: "The IPOD Connection would be a 3Ft wire harness with a small control box. Control Box can be placed in console/arm rest." This is what they told me. Cost is $100 for just that feature.
