I checked out Stinger and that looks to be the ways to go. When I talked about replacing the speakers I neglected to mention that it has a JVC HU. I decided today to tackle some of the audio oddities I have been having. The front speakers are the Bose Gold and in the rear I pulled the covers off and found Pioneer speakers. It seems the JVC unit was wired directly into the harness' going to each speaker. It sounds good most of the time except for frequent squeals and crackling sounds. I gather the Bose are designed to only work with the Bose HU? If so, then the fronts need to come out a be replaced with 6x9's? What would you suggest as the minimum amp to use? Thanks.  |
