The map sensor should sit on top of it with the screws going down through it. Multec injectors.  Hopefully yours are in better condition than mine were. You should do something with that front plate. There is a filler panel behind it that you can remove so that it's not sticking out like that. I think there was someone on thirdgen.org selling a couple of the dist. covers.
